What materials are used in Aku Woodpanels?
Our panels are crafted from high-quality MDF with a real wood veneer finish, mounted on a recycled PET felt backing designed for superior sound absorption.
Can I install these panels myself?
Yes, our panels are designed for easy DIY installation. They can be mounted to walls or ceilings using high-strength adhesive or black screws driven through the felt backing.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the country.
Are the wood panels moisture resistant?
While our panels are perfect for living rooms and bedrooms, we do not recommend direct contact with water. They can be used in bathrooms provided they are not in the splash zone and the room is well-ventilated.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused panels in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer samples before I purchase a full box?
Absolutely. We offer sample packs so you can experience the texture, color, and quality of our wood finishes in your own space before committing to a full project.
