At Aku Woodpanel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your interior transformation. If your wall panels aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Panels

  Carefully repackage the wood panels in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the panels for resale quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
